Shipping + Delivery

All items are shipped via US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. BAUS by Victor Group reserves the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method (different from the carrier selected by you at checkout) so long as it does not result in an additional charge to you the customer, or result in the order being delayed beyond the parameters set forth below. Shipping times on wholesale items and the “ship date” are determined by the nature of the product. Most items will be complete and ready for shipment (ship date) in approximately 3-4 business days not including production time. Items generally arrive at their desired location within 2-5 business days of ship date. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you by e-mail or phone. *If you are ordering in bulk, your items may ship in multiple boxes. Shipping destinations: United States.

FATIGUE JACKET SHIPPING:

All items that are MADE TO ORDER. Production time can take up to ****7 DAYS****. USPS shipments arrive within 3-7 business days from the ship date. All CUSTOM Orders take 2-3 weeks to process and ship.

 

DOORMAT SHIPPING SPECIFICATIONS:

All items that are MADE TO ORDER. Production time can take up to ****1-2 WEEKS****. USPS shipments arrive within 3-7 business days from the ship date. All CUSTOM Orders take 2-3 weeks to process and ship. Shipping costs reflect the weight and size of our coir mats (they are pretty heavy!). Each mat weigh 5 lbs each so, unfortunately, they can't be shipped via regular/first class mail and we using Priority Mail. Luckily, that means all shipments include a tracking number! MISSING/LOST/STOLEN PRODUCTS: 

Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost or stolen welcome mats once your order has shipped, PLEASE use a shipping address at an attended location (business, home that is occupied during the day) especially during the holiday season! 

If you are missing an item, you must report it to us VIA email (billing@victorgroupla.com) within 48 hours and we will do our best to try to find it. If an item is, in fact, lost in the mail we will work with you to file a claim/or do it on your behalf and once the refund is received, we will re-send a new mat. Please note: The mat that we'll re-send MUST go to a different address and will require signature.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS: 

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct during checkout. If a change needs to be made, please notify us via email (billing@victorgroupla.com)within 24 hours of purchase. We will make every attempt to update the address when shipping. If your item is returned to us due to a mistake in the shipping address, you will be required to purchase a new shipping label and we will re-ship.

 

Return Policy

At BAUS by Victor Group, we want your customers to be satisfied with their new purchase. If a BAUS by Victor Group product does not meet your expectation, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and we will do our absolute best to make you happy.

 

Damaged during shipping: If your item(s) are damaged during shipping, please notify us within 3 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item should arrive within 7 business days.

 

Completed orders: Once your order is placed online, it cannot be canceled for any reason. If you have any question about product returns, discrepancies, back-ordered items or anything else, please contact the BAUS by Victor Group home office directly by emailing – Billing@VictorGroupLA.com.

 

All return shipping charges will be borne by the Retailer unless the item is being returned because of a manufacturer’s defect. Credit for shipping charges will be given at the end of the refund process. BAUS by Victor Group will refund GROUND SHIPPING charges on returns for defects. ANY OTHER METHOD OF RETURN SHIPPING WILL NOT BE GRANTED.

 

Replacements:

If a product is deemed defective, a complete inspection of products returned will take place to determine the authentication of a request. If an item is approved for replacement, the original sales order receipt/number must accompany the item being returned. Items that are replaced will be identical to the original order and have the same design unless it is determined by the company that a change would be beneficial.

 

Retired Product:

BAUS by Victor Group will not claim responsibility for any items that may become retired or completely discontinued without notice.

 

Product Warranty:

BAUS by Victor Group will warrant manufacturer defects for items returned for replacement or repair within 7 days of product delivery date. Items that are defective may only be replaced with the same product and design. Sometimes there will be variations in shape, color, and size of personalized products. BAUS by Victor Group makes no warranty or representation as to the fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, craftsmanship or any other warranty or guarantees concerning products or services purchased from or through BAUS by Victor Group. Items will not be refunded, replaced or exchanged if it is determined that the product is damaged from common discoloring or normal wear. BAUS by Victor Group reserves the right to examine each item that is being returned. Under certain circumstances, a Retailer may be contacted to discuss the damaged product(s).

 

Design:

Due to variations in print material or computer monitor settings, we cannot guarantee your color will be an exact match. Slight color variance should be expected. Colors may vary on different materials. For example, ordering a ceramic mug to match a glass cutting board – The materials are completely different and may vary in color even when selecting the same color from the color palette.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions:

BAUS by Victor Group reserves the right to have periodic promotions throughout the year. Discounts apply to regular priced items within the guidelines of the promotion. Discounts will be applied to your cart subtotal before taxes and shipping. Applicable taxes and fees will still be applied. The discount is only valid through the dates listed on the promo. You may redeem one promotion code per order.

 

Bulk Orders:

Orders over $200 are considered bulk orders. Special packaging may be required to ensure the safe delivery of your items. Individual gift boxes, packaging and product labels are not included in bulk orders. Custom packaging slips, messages and exterior box label is included. The production time for a bulk order is 5-7 business days. Bulk orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Free Shipping on orders over $200 available in the continental US only. Orders exceeding a certain weight requiring shipment by pallet do not apply.
