Affirmations You'll LOVE
Journal Entry 1.24.18
Okay, so if you’re like me sometimes you have to say things out loud in order to program yourself to believe it true. I have to think it, speak it and meditate on what I am trying to bring to pass in my life. Affirmations have been a great way for me to do that. I have about 7 reminders go off in my phone each day of affirmations that I say out loud to myself in the mirror. I use them to bring myself back to focus on what I want to manifest.
Here are 20 affirmations that I love and I think you’ll love too:
I am one with the Universe. The Universe is awesome and so am I.
I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy.
The Universe is bringing all good things to me. The Universe is conspiring for all good things I do. The Universe is supporting me in everything I do.
I receive all the good life has to offer me.
I am at peace with all that has happened, is happening, and will happen.
My body is healthy, my mind is brilliant, and my soul is tranquil.
Happiness is a choice. I practice the feeling of happiness each day.
I am a money magnet. You are a money magnet.
Everything that is happening now is for my ultimate good.
Today, I abandon old habits and take up new, more positive ones.
The Universe is supporting my efforts, my dreams manifest into reality before my eyes.
I am conquering my illness; I am defeating it steadily each day.
I remain calm during all changing situations.
I forgive and accept myself for all of my mistakes.
I give and receive love.
I am cultivating mindfulness consistently.
I allow positive experiences to enter my life.
I have all the time in the world.
I have a healthy and balanced mentality that allows me to manifest anything I want.
I am manifesting a life I love to live.
A lot of these affirmations are some I have encountered over time thanks to one of my amazing friends who is a life coach. From her I learned that I words mean things and there is power in the tongue just like the bible says. So here are a few words to help you if you are trying to manifest a certain vibration. But the great thing about affirmations is that they can really be whatever you want them to be. Just write it down, say it and believe it to be true.
