  • I have an event I'd like for you all to sponsor or donate product to. Do you do that?

    • Please reach out to us via our Contact page with details.   Unfortunately, we won't be able to participate in every event. Especially, during high volume periods such as the holiday season.

  • Can I order a blank Fatigue jacket (without any writing, paint or customization)?

    • Sure! Please list that in the Notes section on the Custom Order Form and/or contact us directly so we accommodate your request. Unfortunately, there is no price adjustment on your order.

  • Do you ship international?

    • Unfortunately, no. Not yet.

  • I was interested in ordering the "Pay Me" jacket and was wondering if I ordered today what is the soonest I could have it by?

  • Can I track my order? 

    • Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, click the tracking number or input the tracking number into the USPS website.

  • I tried to track my package and it says that it's been "pre-shipped". What does that mean? 

    • Pre-ship means that a label has been created for your order but the items have not yet been scanned in by USPS (and we are working really hard to get your order to you :) It basically means that you're order is still being packaged and/or waiting to be scanned in on its way to you!

  • I have not received my order was checking on the status?

    • Your tracking number should be included in your Shipping Confirmation email and you should be able to input the tracking number into the USPS website.

  • Was there an estimated time for arrival?

  • Received an email saying that my "package was returned". Can you resend?

    • Yes, however please note that if your item is returned to us due to a mistake in the shipping address, you will be required to purchase a new shipping label and we will re-ship. Please contact us directly.

  • Wholesale?

    • Nope, unfortunately not.

  • Will out-of-stock items be restocked? 

    • If an item is out-of-stock, we will try our best to restock it as soon as possible. If there is no stock, we will remove it from the website.
