PR & Brand Partnership Powerhouse

Location: Los Angeles, CA

We are looking for an amazing PR person interested in learning, developing, and killin' it in all aspects of the public relations field. 

What we need:

  • Press releases to media and brand partnership pitches
  • Monitor all forms of media
  • Schedule and coordinate speaking engagements, appearances, photo shoots, and other special events
  • Assist with mailings and print production
  • Create interview preparation materials
  • Compile contact lists
  • Email marketing/newsletters
  • Create or update databases

What you bring:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Teamwork

  • Adaptable and ability to work independently
  • Talented writer and storyteller
  • Solid understanding of social media
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office
  • Background or strong interest in Public Relations, Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related

Graphic Design Guru

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Are you able to be a team player and work closely with others to complete projects? Must be able to work 10-20 hours per week. 

What we need:

  • Ability to create/edit BOTH photo and video content
  • Ability to create logos, direct mail pieces, branded promotional items, web site and SM graphics, posters, flyers, and other materials as needed
  • This will include product mock ups, direct mail pieces, branded promotional items, web site and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials as needed.
  • Work closely with a project teams and clients to translate their messaging concepts into marketing materials/products. 

What you bring:

  • Mastery in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop and/or other common design and layout applications
  • A computer and access to graphic design & layout software 
  • Organization and sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team
  • Ability to define and meet deadlines 

Production Pro

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Are you a superstar worker-bee looking to develop your skills while working hands-on with a dope brand? Do you have a boot strapped, "let's figure it out and get it done" mentality? 

What we need:

  • Ability to master/create efficient shipping process and fulfill orders in a timely manner while assuring brand quality
  • Ability to create mock up designs for custom orders and signature BAUS designs for products
  • Research experience; Composing list for vendor options as well as reaching out to possible vendors
  • Coordinating and assisting with photoshoots

What you bring:

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop and/or other common design and layout applications (not required)
  • Organization and sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team
  • Ability to define and meet deadlines
